These terms govern your use of Skinalyze AI, the website at getskinalyze.com and the skin analysis service provided through it ("the Service"), operated by Skinalyze AI ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
You confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.
Skinalyze AI reads a photograph of your face and returns a written description of what it sees, a score across several measures, and a suggested skincare routine. It can also explain the ingredients in a product and describe a spot or mole you photograph. It runs in your browser; there is nothing to install.
The Service uses machine learning. Its output is generated automatically, varies with lighting and photo quality, and is not reviewed by a human before you see it.
Read this section even if you skip the rest.
If anything on your skin worries you, see a doctor. By using the Service you accept these limits.
You sign in with your email address and a code we send you. There is no password. Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
One person, one account. You may ask us to delete your account at any time, and we will remove it along with everything attached to it.
Your first analysis is free. Beyond that, the Service may be offered on a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay.
You agree not to:
The Service, its text, design and prompts belong to us. Your photographs and the analyses produced for you belong to you, and you may keep, copy or delete them.
The Service is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Automatically generated descriptions of skin are estimates and can be wrong.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for decisions you take based on the Service, or for any health outcome. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We rely on other companies to process analyses, store data, send email and take payments. Their own terms apply to their part of the work. Product recommendations may include links to retailers, and we may earn a commission if you buy through them. That never changes what the Service recommends.
We may change the Service and these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top, and tell account holders about material changes by email. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the new terms.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, particularly one being used to get around free limits.
These terms are governed by applicable law. We will try to settle any dispute by talking to you first. If that fails, it goes to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
